Stainless Steel Multi-Effect Multi-effect Evaporator
Mingyi can produce various of papermaking equipment, gelatin equipment and aerogel equipment, including hydraulic pulper, pressure screen, gas liquid separator, refiner, belt conveyor, gelatin votator, band dryer, multi-effect evaporator, etc.

The multi effect evaporator is equipped with steam recompression device, and the steam consumption ratio is increased from 34% to 27%. It has high thermal efficiency and remarkable energy saving effect. The glue liquid runs automatically and quickly by using the system pressure, with low temperature and short residence time, ensuring high-quality gelatin.

Sanitary process pipeline with CIP cleaning system, made of high-quality stainless steel and polished surface.

Characters:
1.Special design for gelatin production only. Common evaporator can not be used in gelatin production. Guarantee evaporation and gelatin quality at     the same time.
2. Concentration of gelatin solution can be increased from 10%-24%
3. Tri-effect climbing-film evaporator with vapor re-compressor, to evaporate 1 ton of water, steam consumption is only 270kg. Compared with falling-      film evaporator, it can reduce steam consumption 10 kgs and 4 units of pump and easy to operate.
