Mingyi can produce various of papermaking equipment, gelatin equipment and aerogel equipment, including hydraulic pulper, pressure screen, gas liquid separator, refiner, belt conveyor, gelatin votator, band dryer, multi-effect evaporator, etc.

Vacuum evaporator mainly adapts in continuous evaporation and concentration under low temperature, the machine has characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency, material heating in short time etc. It mainly adapts in continuous evaporation and concentration under low temperature, can process milk, glucose, starch, xylose, pharmaceutical, biological engineering, environmental protection, waste liquid recycling etc; Especially suitable for processing the material with character of heat sensitive, viscosity and foamability. The heater and evaporator adopt stainless steel heat preservation structure. The heat preservation layer adopts stainless steel sheet as the shell. The surface is carried out mirror polishing or matte treatment.
Multi effect vacuum evaporator:

Adopting the falling film evaporation, high use factor of steam, low energy consumption,use waste heat as heat source, reducing steam consumption, more effects, more energy-saving, more economic. We can design two effect to five effect evaporator according to your actual requirements.
MVR vacuum evaporator: 

The primary vapor is the fresh steam heated outside the pipe, boiling the solution to generate the secondary vapor which then is sucked in by the compressor; After pressurization, the secondary vapor has its temperature increased and flows into the heating chamber as a heating source to join the circulating evaporation process. No supplement of additional fresh steam is required when the system reach a stable state.
